Port Area Recreational Authority Public Swimming Pool

Port Allegany's full-sized swimming pool is maintained and staffed by the local recreational authority during the summer months (Memorial Day through Labor Day). 
It is supported by memberships and small fees for day use. 
Located  beside the Port Allegany High School, it makes joint use of the school's gym locker rooms, rest rooms, and concession stand. 
Swimming lessons for various age groups are held throughout the summer, while at least two nights a week are designated adult swim nights. 
Lifeguards are always on duty during pool hours.  The pool is only part of a larger recreation complex extending behind the school. For more info contact...
